Andreas Kallis serves as Chief Executive Officer and Head of Advising at NBG Capital. In his role as Head of Advising, he leads the delivery of strategic and capital markets advisory services, supporting clients on funding strategies, capital structure decisions and transaction readiness across debt, equity and corporate finance initiatives. Previously, he served as Group Head of Corporate and Business Development at Olayan Financing Company in Saudi Arabia, where he led the group’s growth strategy across mergers
and acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures. He also served on the Board of Directors of ICD Brookfield Place, a four-acre property located in the central district of the DIFC in Dubai.Prior to joining Olayan Financing Company, Andreas worked at Thomson Reuters Corporation (now part of LSEG) as VP, Business & Corporate Development. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Barclays Capital, and Euromoney Institutional Investor in the United Kingdom.
Andreas holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the University of Brighton. He has also completed executive education courses at EDHEC in France, IMD in Switzerland and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in the US.
