Sara Al-Rasheed serves as Head of Arranging at NBG Capital. In her role, she is responsible for leading the structuring and execution of complex financing solutions, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored capital solutions across key sectors. Previously, she served as Executive Director at The National Infrastructure Fund in Saudi Arabia after serving as Head of Specialized Lending at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), where she led the design and execution of innovative financing programs supporting Vision 2030 initiatives. Prior to that, she held roles at the National Debt Management Center within the Ministry of Finance, as well as Riyad Bank, where she specialized in structured finance, syndicated lending, M&A deal management, and credit risk across multinational and large corporate portfolios. Sara holds a Master of Science in Finance from Dublin City University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from King Saud University. She has also completed executive training at leading global institutions including Stanford University, London Business School, and IMD.
