    Ernestos Panayiotou​

    Ernestos Panayiotou serves as a Non-executive Member of the Board of Managers at NBG Capital. He has been serving as General Manager of Transformation, Strategy, and International Activities at National Bank of Greece (NBG S.A.) since May 2019. Prior to rejoining NBG in 2019, Ernestos served as a Partner at McKinsey & Company during the periods 2001–2005 and 2012–2019. At McKinsey, he specialized in advising financial institutions in Greece, Cyprus, the United States, and the Middle East on strategy, transformation, and risk management matters. Between 2006 and 2011, he held the role of Strategy Advisor at the NBG Group. Ernestos holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (First Class Honours) from the University of Oxford and a Master in Public Administration and International Development from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

    Andreas Kallis serves as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Member of the Board of Managers at NBG Capital. Previously, he served as Group Head of Corporate and Business Development at Olayan Financing Company in Saudi Arabia, where he led the group’s growth strategy across mergers and acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures. He also served on the Board of Directors of ICD Brookfield Place, a four-acre property located in the central district of the DIFC in Dubai. Prior to joining Olayan Financing Company, Andreas worked at Thomson Reuters Corporation (now part of LSEG) as VP, Business & Corporate Development. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Barclays Capital, and Euromoney Institutional Investor in the United Kingdom.

    Andreas holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the University of Brighton. He has also completed executive education courses at EDHEC in France, IMD in Switzerland and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in the US.
